So, these past few weeks, I've had a hell of a lot of dreams lately, and even a few new lucids, I was excited in my big boost of dream recall all of a sudden, but didn't really get why? This morning however, I kinda came to a conclusion - sleeping with a shit-ton of blankets. It seems because of this, and cracking my window open a tad, when a dream is nearing its end, I'm awoken slightly more than usual, enough to write down the dream and go back to bed, and most of the time, I even retain the dreams until morning. This morning I had about three dreams I could still vividly remember.
So yeah, in short, I'd say, crack a window, wear comfortable clothes to bed, and sleep with 2 or three blankets. I personally sleep with a sheet and a big comforter blanket, but most of my change started when I added a nice medium-thickness knitted blanket on top of all of that ^_^
