About a year in the half ago, I started writing a Dream Journal to remember my dreams. As this was really helpful for pretty much a year, I started neglecting the use of a Journal. I think it has to do with the repetitiveness. Can you guys tell additional ways to Remember your dream that motivated you a lot. Like, for example, Every morning you basically recorded your voice on what happened in your dream. or you drew your dream. I want to hear things that worked for you though. Not theories. |

When I wake up at night and am too lazy to write the dream to my DJ then I just repeat it a few times in my head, fall asleep again and when I wake up in the morning I sometimes remember those dreams, but sometimes not. It is not a very reliable technique but it works if you are very intentioned. |

Just repeat to yourself when going to bed "I remember my dreams" until you fall asleep or feel it has sunk in. This works for me every time |
