My dream signs!

I am so excited: while my dream recall is still not as good as I would like it to be, but I can already identify several dream signs. My dreams lately appear to be all about: dreaming (but not in a lucid way, more of a pondering the subject matter), online forum, lessons in being "proper", and gender expectations.

That last one is the only one that surprises me: in real life I do not think I have a big conflict now with gender expectations (what is expected of women versus of men). I live a life where my husband and I both work in gender neutral jobs, and we both share chores regardless of gender. I did not think I was conflicted about gender roles at all, and do not see any conscious need to dwell on them, and yet clearly my subconscious thinks this is important to ponder - what is proper for men versus women.

If you look at my dream journal I have the dream on How Do You Dance with a Lady and the Explaining Dress Code to a Man in the Ladies Room. And even the one where I am an actress and an actor is trying to tell me who to hang out with could be interpretted as a man trying to tell me a woman what to do. Interesting. :)
