Do sleeping pill affect dream recall and attaining lucidity?
I used some before and didnt remembe my dreams, but I only too half hour naps when I used them(on trips).
Anyone know anything about their effects?

Anyone know anything about their effects?
I suppose it depends on the exact medication, but I would guess that any strong sleeping aid could have a negative effect on dream recall.

Yes, I use sleeping pills and don’t remember a thing. Then I go back to sleep for a few hours in the morning and remember 2 or 3 dreams.
