Do you have consistent sleeping schedule? Do you sleep well and enough(8 hours is good as far as i know)? Do you lie still in the bed for a bit after waking up? If not, those things can help recall. Also you could try waking up right after the dream, it's the best time for recalling, to do that try using mantra 'I wake up after each dream and remember it' or something like that. I am sure your recall will get better. |
