Back to dreaming, bad dream recall. Suggestions?

Hey guys,

It's been about 3 months since I have tried to lucid dream. I started in about September of 2012 around the same time that I joined this website, it was a fantastic experience!I just recently got back into dreaming, it's been about a week or so. I have recorded everything even if i didn't have a dream in my DJ(not on dreamviews but in a written journal). I would just like some suggestions to boost my dream recall so I can get back into the great adventure of lucid dreaming. Suggestions?

Do you have consistent sleeping schedule? Do you sleep well and enough(8 hours is good as far as i know)? Do you lie still in the bed for a bit after waking up? If not, those things can help recall. Also you could try waking up right after the dream, it's the best time for recalling, to do that try using mantra 'I wake up after each dream and remember it' or something like that. I am sure your recall will get better.
