Dream Recall vs LDs
Recently I have been stressing over work or tired from busy schedule with children in my life. I have noticed my dream recall has fallen off significantly which isnt surprising. What is surprising is that I LD probably the same or even a little more than before ...maybe 2 a week. Anyone experience this? It is like my brain doesn't bother recalling the dreams unless I LD... I just feel too tired. Thankfully though I still LD.

Lucid dreams are usually easier to recall than non-lucid ones, because we are conscious in them, and especially if our awareness is high and we are doing some interesting/fun things. Recall still worth practicing though, it's not impossible to forget details of lucid, especially if it's long one or when false awakening happen, so having great recall can definitely help, and also, the recall practice itself gives us more chances to LD because when we DJ we think about dreaming, set goals, analyze dreams and so on. :)

I don't have this experience, but I guess since you got the hang of LDing and regularly do it you won't stop unless you want to stop. I assume that you will keep LDing because it's something important to you. However I would still do some exercises for your Dream Recall if you can find some spare time as to keep track of how your Non-Lucids change over time
