I have a couple of tips for you: Practise, practise and practise.

Just always write everything in your dream journal, no matter how unnecessary or vain it might feel. If you can't remember a dream, write about how you feel at the moment you wake up - sometimes it might help you to remember the dream you woke up from. You should also spend a few minutes trying to remember your dreams when you wake up.

And again, it's important that you write down everything. If you do so, you should remember more and more about your dreams as the time goes on. Just be patient and don't give up.

I agree with hate you should wright everything you can possibly remember down, believe me I've had some pretty weird dreams, plus if you wake up early and you don't remember anything then go back to sleep, and try remembering the dream you had when you wake up again, basicly just keep falling asleep and waking up again.

you have to tell yourself what time to wake up though, and I find that takes time, but don't weary if you just keep trying you will eventualy get it.

RESOLVE TO RECALL!!! Tell yourself before you go to sleep you will dream and you will remember your dreams. Also, if you can, when you wake up from a dream immediately write it down. When you get up in the morning, lay perfectly still, don't think of the day to come, and try to pull everything you possibly can from the dreams you've just had.

      Hope that helps.
