Remembered 5 dreams in detail
I took my sleeping pill really early. For me early would be 10 or 11:00pm. This time I took it at about 7:00 and got to sleep around 8:00. I think the pill was wearing off about 4:00am. I kept waking up about every hour or so and would remember in detail each dream. I also decided to eat light last night for dinner and just had a salad. If you don’t use sleeping pills I would not recommend them if not needed. The point is I was well-rested and eating light. Hope that helps someone. I am going to experiment with the two. I am not sure if it was the eating light or being well rested or both.
