This has never happened to me, as far as I can remember, but I'm pretty sure that our brain record everything. A week ago I read that in a lucid dream you can ask a DC to show your forgotten dreams or a memory. |

I've noticed now with increasing regularity (about 6 weeks into lucid dream training) that I will all of a sudden recall dreams that I realized I'd had a very long time ago. Years, perhaps decades. I had completely forgotten about these dreams, and I doubt I could have remembered them even if I'd tried, without all the dream recall, journaling, and immersion in dream stuff relating to inducing lucid dreams. I'm not sure for some dreams if I *ever* remembered these dreams in WL, even right after having them. Some maybe yes, some maybe no. But I without a doubt remember the experience of being in those dreams, and that they were in the past. |

I like destruction and reality, and one invariably leads to the other.
'Dreams are real while they last. Can we say more of life?'
'We die to remember what we live to forget'
Happened to me as well somewhat, through my practice i've been recalling fragments of some dreams from years ago as well as recalled (probably) first lucid from before i've even started practicing. |
