simply write it down.......
Has anyone else found this? If I wake from a dream, and think about writing it down (so, talk in my head ...I met Patrice in the kitchen, then I went into my room ... etc) and go back to sleep, when I awake later (couple hours), I will find the dream difficult to remember. However, if I actually do write down just keywords (or even voice record notes), then upon awakening (many hours) later, I will be able to recall many details of the dream to write down. Why is this? Is it psychological? Or is it a physiological thing?
