I"m not sure how much i'm supposed to do mantras. like Hours? or what?
and how many mantras do i have to repeat and how many times?
Like when i'm about to sleep do i have to say it 500 times or something?
Because so far it doesn't really work. I tell myself "I remember my dreams" but i havent many of the times i feel like i had great dreams but i can't recall nothing.
It really varies alot from person to person, do as much as you are comfortable with, but most important part however is to set intention and believe that it will work, also, when doing mantras do them meaningfully! :)
Also for how many days you were doing it? For some people mantras can work instantly while for others they can take a while.
Thanks i have good news. I wasn't remembering my dreams for many days. But then last night, i did mantra before going to sleep. i kept saying it in my mind( "I remember my dreams") and when i woke up it worked. i remembered it. :)

Well bad news guys. Tonight i did it again and but i couldn't remember my dreams at all. That sucks. Maybe i just have a bad memory. Or maybe i don't remember because i'm not waking up at the times of REM. I used to practice by waking up at REM times 4.5, 6 and 7.5 hours after sleep, and many times i had vivid recall. that was when i used to practice journaling 2 years ago..
but now i have a health problem with urinary system so i don't do that anymore because i just keep waking up at odd times. So maybe i'm not waking up at REM so that's why have no recall. I wonder what i can do about it.
