Red face Now I look forward to my nightlife And i sleep more and Earlier

Since i started Dream recall practice and journaling and hopefully i'll reach lucidity someday, anyways since i started i've changed my habits and i think pretty much i'm leading a better life due to this life style.

=I seem more aware of stuff
=I turn the TV off and devices at about 8:00pm and i go to sleep at 9:00.. i just to do computer and tv all the way to 11 or 12, i even used to go to 1 or 2 sometimes.
      =I meditate, i breath
      =i exercise more.

and also, i'm a person of no friends or nightlife or social life but now I look forward to nights so i can dream It's awesome cause the dream world is awesome.

      Anyways it's great.
Lucidity and Dream practcie is making my life better.

Glad to hear. I know that lucid dreaming has helped improve my life, but sometimes I feel a little isolated. I like the isolation, so it's all good . I am just curious, why do you exercise more now that you are a lucid dreamer? I can see meditation, awareness, and electronics, but why exercise?

All the articles about Insomnia( which i've been having lately) and about General dreaming including lucid dreaming said that Exercise is good for good sleep and thus dreaming

I really need to do this, but it's difficult with two younger sisters who are always running around shouting and stuff. I usually sit on the computer and turn up my music pretty loud until either they go to sleep or I get tired and then end up putting in earplugs and going to sleep.

Anyways, Welcome . If you have any questions don't be afraid to ask! One thing I would do is go to the intro class: Intro Class and sign up. Then, you can create a workbook, post DJ entries and more in there, and get feedback from others.
