      Unhappy Sadly i Threw my old Dream Journal to trash. Feeling regret

      I did dream journaling 2 years ago. Currently i restarted 2 weeks ago. i had given up cause i was with health problems.

      Anyways, it was good. I had achieved great dream recall and my dreams were fantastic and i wrote them all down.
      Well i threw it to the trash and i feel regretful.

      Should i feel regret or should i not care and just be happy with the dreams i wil have and write in my journal frm now on? (which are starting to get better recall )

      Awwwr, it's sad to lose old DJ. When did it happened? Either way, i'd say be happy that you have started it again and having progress, past is past, and more and more awesome dreams await you in future! Just remember to not lose your DJ again!
