Increase your awareness
Try to think of recalling that dream while you are lucid. If you wake up after your LD's, try to repeat them in your head, fast rewind it in your mind to make it stronger.
When you wake up, try not to move for some time, stay come and think of what happened in your dreams. If you cannot recall anything, try thinking about random words. Try to think about random parts of your body, think of all senses.
As if you are trying to DEILD. By the way, by doing DEILD you can also recall your dream.
