Thread: What is this "Recall" did i miss something?

Hey Neo Neo, since you answered my question, I'll answer yours lol, dream recall is like remembering your dreams, and that's supposedlly important because otherwise you would have a lucid dream and forget the next day, but thats just from what I read, hope I myself didn't sound too confused lol

Just to let ya know that was me, but I forgot to log in lol

Yes, Recall means being able, after awakening, to remember vivid details of your dream

oh yeah thx for reminding me of what dream recalling is. i think i'm better at recalling my dreams because once i fall asleep i forget all about trying to have a lucid dream lol. anyway thx.

There is no point in having lucid dreams if you dont even remember dreams. This is why recall is so important.
