      Crappy recall.. help?

      My recall is pretty terible i only started attempting dream recall a few days and the first night i tried my results were great i remmemberd two dreams very very very vividly and not im only remembering certain things for exampple last night all i remember is that there was a walrus in my dream but other then that the dreams a blurr

      got any ideas or tecnuqes i should try?

      and how many hours into sleep should i set my alarm clock to wake me if i want to use that tecnique?

      your dream recall will naturally be fuzzy on the weekends. I barely recalled last night and i don't remember the night before at all. Just set your alarm so you get a reasonable amont of sleep (I like 7-8 hours) and get that much consistently.

      It seems like going through the WILD stages before you go to sleep, but not keeping your mind active, works. Dreaming seems to come much more easily during the night, and it's easy to recall.
      DOH!
