The easiest way to remember a dream is to wake up from it. You can try going to bed and waking at different times, or you can set an alarm every hour through the night, or every hour and a half. If you struggle getting back to sleep, I would recommend the first one. Also, you can just try setting your alarm an hour early and have a 5 minute snooze. That is a really fast way to remember dreams, if you can get back to sleep. |
