Dream meaning

I had a dream the other night, and it felt very real. I was laying down and I felt a sensation in my leg I reached down and discovered 3 large caterpillars crawling inside of my leg. I was able to pull them out, they were painful, and that was the end of the dream. Any thoughts or ideas to what this could mean?

You should go to a doctor.. Or maybe stop eating rotten/badly cooked food, they can give you worms too
