probly, yes. try going to sleep at a time where you will wake up in a REM period.

the REM periods occur roughly every 90 minutes. Aiming for the latter REM periods (about 4.5, 6, or 7.5 hours into sleep) is best because those are the longest dream periods.[/b]
Most definently!
my dream recall shoots up thro the weekend because of my abnormal sleep schedule.
>_< blast abnormal-ittyyy
Not only is the suggestion above good, but if u get on a regular sleep pattern, getting around the same hrs of sleep each nite ur gonna do a lot better w/not only recall but everything else.... but hey i'm the one talk'en & not only i follow this simple rule...
I've found that weekends provide me with a better success rate for LDing. That extra time in bed is precious and my recall is sharper. I am still learning so let's hope we all find our place in Lucidity.
In general i have slightly better recall on weekends because when I wake up I have the opportunity to lie in bed and go over my dreams, I can also have a go at WBTB methods because i am in no hurry to get up and go on with my day.

cool u can make ur letters color, ya i do have better recall during the weekdays... unless i drink 5 cans of diet pepsis in a row
Another thing I just noticed, from reading another board, is that my weekend dreams seem to be a lot more adventurous/'magical'. Has anyone else noticed this as well?
