      I can't remember dreams these days..

      I only remember vague, lifeless fragments! I do daily mantras before going to bed, and I strictly keep my bedtime (8 hours each day, 23:30-07:30)
      I can't remember longer dreams with real plots. This situation is continuing for ONE MONTH.
      Help me!! I used to remember at least two high-quality dreams every day!
