      dream recall problems

I usually have crappy dream recall, like, the last dream I remembered was only a question someone asked me in the dream about catching a squirrel. And that was on the 16th of December, that was four days ago. So I could only assume the dream was about hunting.

While I was writing this a little detail popped into my mind about this dream. I was sitting wearing camouflage hunting gear with a squirrel's pelt on my lap. In a forest on a bench? This sounds familiar to me somehow...
      With a group of people...
The hunter guy on my block, my grandparents, my dad, Lorelai... and...
Bear Grylls? I think that's everyone. I think I just recalled the entire dream scene, but probably not the entire thing. I don't remember what everyone was saying, only my grandma saying "tell them about that squirrel you caught"

Can someone help me remember things like this more often? Thanks.

      How to remember your dreams!
      http://www.dreamviews.com/dream-sign...ompendium.html

The biggest thing that I recommend is to wake a bunch during the night. It is easiest dreams to remember are the dreams that you wake up from and remember the waking. As you get more aware in dreams, you will just remember the wakings like you remember wakings from lucid dreams, because you were there for the waking.
Waking at night by least helpful to most
Alarms - you have to get up and turn it off and are often jarred awake, if you aren't used to it though, then this might be the better entry option.
intent - wake whenever you want with intent, really good if you get good at it, but it takes will power, which is probably better used to try and LD
water - good because you can lay still and try and remember your dreams, but you still have to get up and pee after that. This can be a good thing to force you to DJ right then and there though.
after every dream because you are "there" - ultimate amount of power.

WBTB is a good thing, but more WBTBs is actually always better! haha, I recommend Micro-WBTBs with these waking techs^^^. Here is a thread about it.

Good luck. PM me if you have any questions unrelated, I can always answer questions.

Thank you! Now for some reason my notifications aren't working, I'm on mobile, so if I respond late it's because I have to manually find my threads. (Going to tell mods about that bug)
I will try these methods! Eventually I won't just have only snips of dreams to remember!

use the desktop version if you are on mobile or else your control panel won't work correctly.

Your control panel doesn't show the right things? Notifications only show if someone likes your post, like this. If you PM an admin or moderator with a screenshot of the problem, they can usually help you with the problems.
