When I do WBTB I can write paragraphs about my dreams, when I don't I can write a few lines at most. How do I fix this? Also, I'm about to get melatonin supplements, are they good or bad for lucid dreaming?

I'm just curious what does WBTB ?
A lot of people that have been on melatonin have nightmares for some reason. That wasnt the case for me. And I wouldn't know if it does anything for lucidity.
