Melatonin and dream recall

Hello all, haven't posted here in a while and also haven't done much related to dreaming lately.

I've been busy with lots of things and I tried different types of sleeping pills to knock me out because I was restless.

I stumbled upon Melatonin at my local pharmacy and decided to try it out because it was advertised as a natural sleeping aid.

To my surprise in the morning there was no ugly hangover and I actually remembered my dream for the first time in months.

I've been using this steady for about a week and every night I have remembered at least one dream that night.

Just thought I'd share since I haven't been on here in forever.
