What's the best way to wake up in the morning to remember your dreams better? Like waking up on your own, having some one shove you till you get out of bed, having some one yell till you get up,or an alarm clock. Because I wake up in the morning, forget to ask myself what did I dream, and I only rember a very tiny part of a dream I had. I lay in bed trying to remember but it does not work. I'm getting back it to writtening in my dream journal-the tiny parts i can remember anyways. So anyways any help would be great. Thanks. |

try setting an alarm clock to wake you up when your in the middle of a REM period, that way your more likely to wake up in the middle of a dream which is easiar to remember if you dont have good recall. |

when you use the alarm clock to wake yourself in the middle of REM cycle, should you do this only once per night? Since there are multiple REM cycles, which one do you wake yourself up during? and once you wake yourself up am i right in thinking that the stages are reset and you cant go instantly back into the next REM cycle. |
