How you think stress affects dreams, including LD's too? For example, when I have stress and tired, I do not have any good dreams at all. I heard many times that stress increases dream vividness. Is this true, how you think?

Well, I can only speak for myself, but when I am stressed out, I ususally don't even remember my dreams. Sometimes I will just remember a little bit of them or even just an emotion or sensation I had. I guess I don't have as much success with lucid dreams either. Like I said, I can only speak for myself. Hope this helps. :)
Yeah, whenever I'm stressed about a test or something I either don't remember my dreams or don't sleep well at all.
On my own personal experience...my recent separation from my G/F of 9 yrs (and the subsequent financial burden associated with it) has severely curtailed my ability to LD consistently. :(
Therefore, my answer to the question would have to be yes, stress does affect LDing. I have seen some older threads dealing with the subject on other sites as well, and this appears to be the concensus of many others too.
