i have been having a dryspell lately with dream recall. now i can remember very simply. any tips to break through the barrier or maybe to improve if needed? any help would be very good!

start a dream journal, if you haven't already
write down even the most trivial things: images, shapes, colors, emotions etc
heck even telling someone about the most recent dream you can remember can sometimes help, and the more you do it, the better your recall gets
