      Yay sleepover

Last night I dreamt (Non lucid dream) that my best freind was coming over for a sleepover. The thing is, I was still waiting at 2am, but when I was dreaming I didn't seem to realise that she was incredibly late.
Then her car pulled up, and I went to meet her handing her a dressing gown. We went into my bedroom, and played on video games, loudly. We didn't try not to disturb anyone.
Then, I started to throw up, and I just remember running off before waking up!

Ew, it felt really real and... ew.

Recently I've been dreaming about illness and death. Could that be a dream sign?

      Definitely.

I've found that my dreamsigns change every now and then. For example, sometimes I'll dream about tornados for awhile, so I make tornados a dreamsign. Then later I'll start dreaming about my old highschool, so I make that into a dreamsign. Right now, my biggest dreamsign is not being able to properly dial a phone, or seeing the time on clocks be incorrect.

Just as things in your life change, your dreamsigns or characters change, too. So right now, death and illness would be a great dreamsign. Try to incorporate reality checks into this, by doing an RC everytime to see a sick person, or think of death or illness. And you can go to bed thinking about how the next time you see death or illness, you will realize you're dreaming.

Good luck with that - and let us know if anything interesting happens!
