crosshairs at the center of my vision, lately i havent been seeing those though... |

My dreamsign is water, either just present in a dream, or me swimming in it, sometimes able to breathe under it, which is a sweet and empowering feeling. My other dream sign is all kinds of handguns, shotguns, machine guns, sniper rifles, you name it. In my last dream I was diving in the water to recover some guns from the bottom of the water. My youth leader. Only problem is I see him all the time anyway, so I haven't become lucid. |

I am trying to run as fast as I can and I'm in slow motion, but everything else around me is moving normally. This happens to my brother as well (we are not twins). |

Well this is prephaps the most stupid dreamsign ever, but I often sit down somewhere and say to myself "Well this is a fucking dream!" |
|
Strangely my most common dream sign is partial vision. My most recent lucid dream involved a head of broccoli covering my eyes, that I could not for the life of me remove from my face. lol. |
|
My dream sign is a bomb. About a third of my dreams always have a bomb |

Lucid Goals:
[x] Fly [x] Walk On Water [] Find the Dream World Academy [] Get Sorted by the Sorting Hat [x] Create a force field [] Transform into Aphrodite [] Meet my Dream Guide [] Transform into a Mermaid
Constipation. Sometimes when I toss and turn in my sleep, I get a PJ wedgie, and this manifests in a dream as me having to pinch a loaf but not being able to. |

A certain bar (a mixture between one I go to irl and fantasy), though I haven't seen it for a while. |

A momentary arousal of consciousness and awareness. |

A huge, blood-red fox who could talk. I first saw him when I was 13. There was this amazing feeling of "... I have a new friend!" But I had to always try to catch him, or if I saw what I thought was a glimpse, he'd be gone seconds later. |

I have such an issue distinguishing real from 'unreal'... like my username. I experience derealization in "real" life every single day. I have also had pretty surreal experiences that, if not having others around me to confirm them, I'd truly believe they were made it. This makes dream signs very, very difficult for me. The one and only time I became lucid, it was after a string of dreams where I was in danger. In this particular dream, I was flying on a little tiny red hellicopter that had no walls and no floor, only a roof and seats. My uncle was driving and I kept telling him I was about to fall. I was hanging on for dear life. Then... BAM! I just somehow put 2+2 together and knew I was dreaming. I let myself fall like a feather down on a green field with absolutely nothing or no one around but a cement building. |
|
However.... another inquiry, how do we distinguish dream signs from a recurring dream? I had a recurring dream dealing with an enormous amount of paranoia that was an issue I apparently needed to work through. My dreams evolved on their own. I was afraid people were coming inside my house to get me. I always saw their shadow, figures, and then later on in recurring dreams, would see the actual people outside the window on their hunt to come inside. |
|
Vehicles, when I'm in or on them. 4 of my lucid dreams that I can remember was while conducting/riding along in a vehicle. Bicycle: twice. Car: once. Bus: once. Maybe it's not the vehicles themselves, but me "going somewhere and taking a non-existing/ridiculously strange route". Once I was cycling home, but couldn't remember where I'd come back from, so I concluded I must be dreaming. I was. |

Cross-country runs, iPads, mermaids, and an angry lawyer by the name of Jaggers. All love messing with my dreams on a weekly basis. |
|
Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there, wondering, fearing, doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before.
-Edgar Allan Poe
I haven't seen head or tail of that talking red fox... But I notice a strange pattern occouring in my dreams. They're not lucid, yet. |

I have several and the truth is the more I dream the more new ones i keep adding. here are a few of mine: |
|
I have only noticed two dream signs. |

1. One dream sign that's apparent for me is seeing blonde females making themselves stand out. It can be a voice of a blonde I know in waking life or just their image. Especially EVA from Metal Gear Solid 3, when she was a lot younger than in MGS4. |

1. My sister |
|
1. Public restrooms, epsecially if there seems to be a stupid design that leads to a lack of privacy |
