      having problems realizing

      I have a problem i keep telling myself that im dreaming but i drift to sleep it goes away i can remember my dreams really good, is their another way i can realize that im dreaming?

      Oddly enough, I never had this problem. The only advice I can give you is to just focus on that thought when it happens and don't get distracted. I know making an effort to focus on it has helped other people. You can try reality checks, WILDs, or whatever method you want to induce lucidity, but whatever method you use you're eventually going to have to make that realization that you're dreaming. There isn't really an easy way around it heh, sorry.

      is it possible that i can reconize my dreaming even if im in a deep sleep?

      That depends on what you mean by "deep sleep".
      Besides, the power of intent is unmatched. Will power can be used to achieve anything.
      Hope you've been reading LaBerge's book, there are some curious will power training exercises at the end that may or may not be effective for different people but at least that part explains about the power of intent in a relatively comprehensive way.
      Don't think you can, know you can. Firmly decide to do something and you'll do it.
      Will power needs training like any other skill of course but it -is- trainable.
