My dream signs are bad

I'm not completely sure if this is my dream sign but i have had this dream sign form the moment i can remeber dreaming.
Right so i think my dream sign is an invisable monster. Nearly every dream i have an invisable monster will chase me or i sense the fear in the dream and the invisable monster chases me.
I'm not sure if it might be just a recuring nightmare but if it is i won't have much time to do RCs and i'm not that powerful lucid dreamer so i can't get ride of the monster just by saying im not scared because he is still there.
I have in the past got rid of him just by staying still and letting him eat me. After several dreams doing this i don't see the invisable monster for a while because im not scared; what i mean by that is that i've gotten used to the monster and he dosn't scare me at all were if i don't do this the next dream i have im scared.
It might just be a recuring nightmare but in most dreams i do have other monsters chasing me, so it might be monsters altogther.
There is another dream sign i think ii might be things i like but don't have.
Heres a few examples: I wanted a game i liked and in my dream i had it.
I lost my game i had and liked and in my dream i had it
I loved this type of tree and in my dream in my garden i had it
I Wanted to see all my friends again and in my dream they
were all there
I loved pictures of lightning and in my dream i saw lighting
I'm not completely sure if it might be that but i'm going to read my dream journel and wright a lot more entries into it after a few weeks or so i might be able to determine my dream sign.

Perhaps you could try to use the fear of the monsters itself as an RC to bring about lucidity. Then hopefully the fear will go away without letting the monster eat you! Wouldn't hurt to try.

Yes that idea might work becuse a few nights a go i had a dream, where i woke up in my bed but then instantly knew i was ina dream because i felt something what seemed to be quiet scary so i smashed a window.
But after i did i had doubts i was dreaming because i thought i was going to get in trouble. So i then thought lets switch the light on (meanwhile i could fell the preasance of the monster getting stonger) but then i thought "but its on the other side of the room and its next to the door" so i went to the window then back near the light switch, back to the window then i thought "oh i know do that nose thing" so i squeezed my nose and was still breathing so i jumped out the window landed on the bush out side and a child vampire was about to chase me in my front garden.
Oh well, i'm glad i used my fear as an RC even though i still had doubts i'm still glad i used it as an RC.

sounds like the invisible monster is your unconscious.

How do you mean by honest?
I mean i've had this dream since as long as i could remeber and i got rid of it by being so bored that all i did was sit there and wait until it ate me. I must do this again to get rid of it.
