I only ever remember one or two dreams...BUT...

I remember them in the kind of visual depth and detail where when I wake up, I have to mentally recover from them and it takes a few minutes to convince myself they weren't real.

Also, my dreams can span a dream-time period of several days, which throws me off a bit when I wake up...

Do I need to try to remember more than about two dreams if they are so detailed?

EDIT: Also, I don't remember sound at all in a dream, just visual and emotive. On a less related note, I often wonder whether there is any sound in my dream at all?

Also, certain lucidity techniques work better for some people rather than everyone....

Its just a matter of being able to distinctly determine the conscious world from the other..
