Waking up
Well, I've seen that I should wake up and go to bed again then (WILD included) to improve my recall technique. Supossing I sleep from 12am to 8 am... I should put my alarm at 7 am, shouldn't I?
Here comes the "But". But (here is :) ) If I couldn't go to sleep after waking up a 7 am, could I set my alarm for some time before? I mean, 3 am or similar. I should set my alarms according to the REM states (Am I wrong?) Where can I find a time chart where REM states are reflected?

Today I've tried it, It seems that I could recall four dreams in total, but they're too far away, they're not clear at all.
Frome the four dreams the first has been that I woke up and begin to write in my DJ, the second I can't remember (I remembered it when I really woke up, but it didn't last until I could write it) Then I woke up, I go to bed again and the same... first I dreamed I woke up to write in my DJ and then another blurry dream.
Am I doing it well? I have my DJ for a week and I only wrote one dream and two different days (one of them twice) the same phrase "I dreamed I wake up and write on my DJ" The other dream I wrote is increidbly detailed and long, but no more dreams of that kind.
Is this a good signal? At least I remember that I woke up in dreams, that is a step before I begin to do RC on that moment, am I wrong?

Well remembering 4 dreams is pretty good
You should start RCing everytime you write in your dream journal (awake or not).
