No Dreams
I started a dream journal the 21st? around there, and only had 2 entry's each had 2 dreams, and 1 dream i didnt write down from another night. The next night i slept for like 4-5 hours, i don t know if thats even long enough to get into REM and had no dreams. the next night slept maybe 6 hours,and had no dreams. Tonight i tried the MP3, but my headphones fell off, and had no dreams still. how long should i hold the dream journal for? and how many hours of sleep should i get? i do have summer school to so i should sleep earlier

If you're only getting a few hours sleep, chances are you wont wake up near an REM period, since your body'll fight for every last minute of sleep! You'll have a million times better recall when ya get a good long sleep pattern going!
