      Dream signs - Doh

      Hey all

      I've been writing in my dream journal for two weeks now, and it appears that in almost every dream, people from my school-class take place. So yeah, that's certainly a dreamsign. A good one actually. But, when I dream and I meet my friends, I don't really realise, that I should do a reality check. I don't meet my friends these days, since I am having summervacation and I am quite a "non-party" person, so therefore meeting them, must be a special thing and when special stuff happens, I should do a reality check.

      So, the problem is, that in almost every dream, my friends appear. However, I never remember to do a reality check.

      What can I do to fix this issue?

      there is a guide on proper reality checking that was really good. I would try that. It says that just a couple days of doing reality checks like this would reap rewards. Im deffenatly going to try it out. The guide in the attaining lucidity forum.

      I do reality checks often when I am awake, but when I am dreaming, it's like I just don't do it at all. How can I train my self to RC when I see a friend in my dream ?

      sorry if this becomes repetitive (as I have posted this in two threads before)

      write in your palm that you are dreaming or something to remember to do a reality check.

      tying a little string to your finger would be a good way. That way you have to work to remember instead of not remembering when you dream at all, have what you wrote on your hand transfer to your dream hands, or only remember to RC with obvious dream signs.
