      'Lost Thought' Dream Recall

I have found the dream reacall that works for me pretty much always. I'd prefer if I had lucid dreams to remember with it, but I'm working on it. OK, anyways to do this you have to have a specific mindset (if that's how you'd describe it...). It's like when you're talking to someone with about something specific, then something happens and you lose your train of thought so you sit there for a moment retracing my thoughts trying to remember what you were saying. When my alarm goes off a 5:40 , I roll over, turn it off, then lay back and retrace my thoughts viewing the alarm as the inturuption. I start at now, back to moving, back to being ticked off at my alarm, back to waking up, then back to wherever I was last stanging when the dream ended. And, I then remember what I was doing there and how I got there, basically the entire dream.
I am of the belief that right now I am dreaming, and that you are all characters, therefore if you don't please me I'll just zap you to the cornfield like that little boy from the Twilight Zone. Or maybe I'm a Schitzo.

      Welcome!!

That sounds like a pretty good way to go. I will always lay in bed for a few moments after the clock goes off and remember my night!
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

      Hallo!

Sounds like a good idea. Much more specific to what I'm used too but sounds like it'll be more effective.

Ooh, might have to try that. My alarm usually rings, I jump awake (usually it scares me and I kinda jump),cuss at it, and in the mean time have forgotten everything. Heh..heh..

Basicly the same way how I try to remember my dreams, tracing it back.
Its like its all tied to a rope and stashed in some secret place... I only got the end of the rope and slowly pull it and reveal the dream.

Great description of the technique CT.

The only snag you'll hit is if you don't even remember a fragment of the dream to build off of.
