      I'm practicing the techniques and reading about them, and my recall is great (wrote down at least 10 dreams last night) but I'm having difficulty attaining lucidity... grrrr

      practice practice practice! Have you been doing reality checks frequently? if so, you should start having some DILDs after as little as a week... if you do enough RC's, you will eventually do one in a dream out of pure habit and tada! Lucidity. You're quite lucky to be able to remember 10 dreams per night... I usually only come out with 2 if im lucky.
