Here's the things that worked best for me.
Before you go to sleep. Concentrate REALLY hard on the fact that you will remember your dreams. Tell yourself over and over you will remember them. If you wholeheartedly believe in yourself, it should become easier.
Also, when you wake up, INSTANTLY think about your dreams before you move or think of ANYTHING else. If you can't remember them, get up and walk around your house for about a minute. Maybe something will spark your memory. This happened to me this morning, I couldn't remember my dreams at all. Upon sitting down in front of my computer and seeing my friend's screenname, I instantly remembered the dream I had, which included him.
