Mega, i noticed you haven't attempted WBTB , in my experience my most vivid dreams are after WBTB, try it out. But the only thing that consistently guarantees me intense vividness or lucidity is a long meditation in complete darkness before going to bed. |
|
If I do like a 20 minute WBTB I can't fall back asleep. I always wake up at 5 oclock for about 1 minute though and fall back asleep (this is with an alarm). |

I have trouble falling back to sleep if I stay awake longer than 5 minutes or if I WBTB past 4 1/2 hours of sleeping. I just set an alarm for 4 hours and do a 5 minute meditation. Meditation is simple, theres lots of methods but I like to just sit in a dark room with my eyes closed and focus on counting my breaths. I also do one pointedness meditation, which is just staring at an object or spot. Most nights I do both methods for about 5 minutes each before bed and then when I WBTB I just do one method for 5 minutes. For me it really helps not to turn any lights on when I WBTB, I just meditate in darkness then go back to bed, turning on lights makes it hard for me to fall asleep again. |

Ok I'll try that, thanks. |

There is B6 in cereal. |
|
Do you know where you are?
Tell her its like a daily vitamin BUT it also has a cool affect on dreams, maybe you should ask her to try it out for herself. |
|
Our dreams are firsthand creations, rather than residues of waking life. We have the capacity for infinite creativity.

these jokes in no way reflect the opinion of mountain or his affiliates and subsidiary corporations, and as such he is immune from all whining, bitching, complaining, lecturing, the pointing out of ignorance, awareness raising, lawsuits etc. if you would like mountain to stop making racist jokes, he in turn would like you to go f*ck yourself</span>.
Tell her that you have heard B6 can help you get better sleep. |
|
Last tip from me: try again, and do it correctly this time. Hide nothing. |

Hmm..i've taken B6 for a while...i had vivid dreams for a while, and then it tapered off...might have been something to do with the fact that i hated having to remember to take it every day, it didn't strike me as that important. |
