      hey guess what? i had my second ld last night! only i dont remembre how i got lucid lol. i do remember trying to make my dream better by rubbing my hands together and saying somthing like increase lucidty! it also helped me not get kicked out of the dream. That is all i remember. Im keeping a dream jornal but im still only remembering like 1 dream a night and its usually short. how can i increase it?
