I want to know if there's a way I can train myself to wake up at certain times during the night. Using an alarm is troublesome, because the noise makes me lose focus on the dream, and can be disruptive to others in the house. My goal is to be able to recall multiple dreams every night, and the only time I seem to be able to get up is when my alarm clock prompts me to in the morning. And because of that, I have trouble remembering the one dream I seem to have the chance of recalling. Also, drinking lots of water makes me have trouble recalling as well(the incredible urge to go to the bathroom blows my concentration on the dream).

      All help appreciated.

I drink a lot of warm milk before I go to bed to help me fall asleep. It also makes me have to piss real bad in the morning. Every night I have done it (4 nights) I have woken up around 2 or 3 AM. I get up to take a piss, then eat some Dark Chocolate, then back to bed

EDIT: Oh, I just saw that that makes you lose concentration. Well if you really have to, I would suggest going to the bathroom, just keep all the lights off, then get back in bed and try again. See if that works.

Have you tryed using suggestion yet? That's what I use. Also, if you have some spare time for sleep, you could make yourself uncomfortable (ex. too hot, too cold, too bright...etc.) for a period of time during the night. That should make you wake up a lot, although you'll feel miserable.

Suggestion as in telling myself to wake up in the middle of the night? I've given it a few tries unsuccessfully, but I guess I'll keep it up.
