I have read here and there that people generally have trouble remembering dreams and such when they start school. I am going through a rough time remembering my dreams. Any one have tips or suggestions??
      Thanks a ton

well if you just started school, i'd say the reason you are having trouble recalling is because of all the stress that is put upon you during school (homework, tests, social, etc.). your best bet would be to start a dream journal, if you haven't already, and right down everything and anything you can remember from your dreams. this should help with your recall.

you should defenately be writing those down. anything you can remember from your dreams. even if its just a feeling. and like i said before, your most likely not remember your dreams as well because of all the stress school has put upon you. just curious: how old are you?

      Try this:

Set an alarm to go off about an hour before you need to get up. When the alarm goes off reset it to go off when you need to get up, and roll down the volume a bit so that you aren't jarred from the dream. Then WBTB/WILD for an hour. This way I can remember at least one dream a night, and usually more becasue I can remember them better if I am not awakened by a blairing alarm.
Tact is for people who aren't witty enough to be sarcastic.
