Hi,
I know it's quite common to dream about the things, big or small, from the previous day. That's what I have noticed recently, every dream I have can be linked or to things that I saw, maby worries, other thoughts douring the day etc.
So my question is how many of you experience these kind of dreams, can I try and use them as dream signs?
Thanks for any responses!

That happens to me a lot. Yesterday my friend was telling me about this dude who got his eyeball ripped out, and my dream involved a bunch of fans asking that lady from Everybody Loves Raymond named Marie if they could have one of her eyeballs. Kinda weird how my brain worked the eye thing into my dreams.

Yes, that will happen to me, too. The longer the event, the bigger the worry, or the closer to bedtime, the more chance I will dream about it.
For example, I used to have softball dreams after my late night games. But the problem I found with trying to use them as dream signs, is that it felt so natural to be doing it. I had no reason to question what I was doing in the dream. :?

And I guess it's also hard to do Rc on a specific thing since it's probably unique to each day. I guess I might give it a try.
Thanks!

It always seems to be information that has been 'used' recently, to me. Not only experiences like you've mentioned, but things that I've reminisced about during the day, which have always popped up in a dream. It makes a really good way to gain lucidity, since you remember something during the day, assume it to be a dreamsign for that night, and hopefully remember this in a dream when the memory appears. Anyone else noticed this?
