      I will admit I have more dreams since I started my dream journal but... how long until I get a fair amount of dreams, like 4 a week or even 4 dream fragments a week!

      But I guess the right question is how long until you had a satisfying amount of dreams a week?

      How long have you been using a dream journal? How many dreams to get a week?

      Every one is different. It usually takes a short time to be getting a good amount of dreams probably about a month or two.

      I started a DJ a little before i joined... so around 2 months. I get 1 dream a week, 2 a week if im lucky.

      I guess I&#39;m just kind of flusterd because for a week and a half i cant remember ANYTHING, how do i write in a DJ if i have nothing to write.....

      dont worry it will get better. It took me about 2 months to get a dream or 2 every night.

      I&#39;ve been having atleast 4 dreams a week my entire life
      Now I am sleeping less though, and I only get like 3 a week. I am gonna make that better though. More sleep is the key my friend

      Yeah definately and it all depends on the person as well. But capture your dream journal and recall better before you attempt any things else. Small steps.
