Hi, I want to thank everyone for the warm welcome (except that 13 year old kid)

Do you know any softwares which I can use to aid my dream recall?

My computer is on 24/7 and I just wanted to know if there is some kind

of program that generates some kind of a noise at certain times which

can help me wake up, or penentrate into my dream to induce lucidity.

I know I can just use an alarm clock, but it's kind of confusing when to

set the time and stuff, I've read the stuff on the site alot of times but,

there seems to be stuff contradicting with other stuff, for instance,

"Getting enough sleep at night is essential to improving your ability to
recall your dreams. As long as you’re well rested you’ll find it easier to
focus your intent on recalling your dreams and your ambition won’t be
clouded by fatigue."

I thought you usually set the clock to 5~6 hours after you sleep and then

get up, do some stuff and try WILD..

the problem is, 5 hours is not enough sleep for me, and I get too tired.

so when I try WILD I just fall asleep before anything happens. And if I

get up and wake myself up, I have great difficulties falling back to sleep.

my mind is just too awake to go back to sleep.

I usually set my clock in 30 minute intervals in the morning, by this way

I used to remember about 3~4 dreams. But after trying MILD and WILD,

I don't think it's working, I barely remember 1 dream a day.

Oh, and also I've posted my thing on the Adoption board.. so

I'd be honored if someone would be interested in adopting me.
