If you only remember dreams after waking up and going back to sleep, how about setting your alarm for even earlier in morning, then go back to sleep. Then you'll have longer than 10 minutes of dreams to remember.

      Are you keeping a journal? : P

I know it's kind of annoying, but you have to keep one. It really does help. Even if you don't remember anything, you should write down that you don't.

Having a journal is key, unless you're naturally good at dream recall.

Also, sometimes you just have a bad period, because of stress, not getting enough/too much sleep, etc.
