Well, basically I'm 15. I Have had an uncanny ability to tell whats about to happen, same goes for my sis. Well anyway, she is learning ESP. Well, I eventually I put the pieces together that ESP runs in our family, what with my sis, me, and my mom's ability to see us whenever we miss behave. Well, here is my delema. I am training on dream recall. Before I bothered to learn recall, I learned the WILD technique. Well, 2nd try, and I fall asleep. I was surprised. I was even more surprised when I realized. I remebered up to the WILD. Then nothing. And thus I call for your help. I think I have... about... zero B6, and I get 4 hours a night of sleep. I know this is basicaly the most obvious question ever, but there is more, I think. I upped by B6 and am now getting 8 hours. But I still can't get anything. I'm fairly sure it's not stress, so what can it be, other then my amazing B6 intake? I know its something more, because I have had bad recall before I stopped getting sleep or got addicted to junk food (no B6).

      Help?

P.S. I have a sign picked, the classic finger in hand.

MOST DEFINATELY start a dream journal if you have not already, and for god sakes, don't try to remember anything with 4 hours of sleep. 8 hours IS a lot better, if you can keep with that.

      Welcome to the forum, dude!

Thanks for the welcome and the advice. Last night, with the more sleep, I remembered 2 dreams, rather than one. Yet every night I go WILD and I can't remember... oh well. Its only a matter of time before the 2 becomes 6, and I use the journal. Thank you.

...oh crap. Just forgot those 2 dreams. THIS IS WHY I SHOULD USE A JOURNAL! Thanks again. Lets hope I can be the first person to have a lucid in only one week (I wish)!

EDIT: I am close to remembering... come on! So close... something about technology... a couch... come on!

EDIT2: YES! I GOT ONE! COME ON! ALMOST!!!

WILD'ing might be effecting yo recall son. ( wiggerish Accent) WILD'n be for us experienced crackahs and you should hold off till you get dope at ld'in. LOL, yeah. Good luck. OHH yah almost forgot. When you wake up, cut off your alarm and just sit there, close your eyes, and when you remember something ( you will) just think of what happened before and before. THEN WRITE IT IN YOUR DJ!

When I've just woken I find that its hard for me to discern between dreams and other thoughts, ideas I had after awakening but before remembering that I wanted to dream, things about the upcoming day, things about the day previous...

This is crazy, I mean, why would I have a memory about cuddling with a polar bear (which was quite nice, very warm) unless I was dreaming? Well I couldn't tell you but it happens. I like to just lay there and see what pops into my head. Unless there is something way important that day, like a test or job interview its usually dream-material. Sound obvious, but it took me a while to come up with it.
