Recently I have been sleeping through the entire night, without waking up. This has negativly affected my recall, to the point where I remember barely anything. How can I improve my recall in dreams without waking up? It must be hard, I mean some people wake up specifically to remember them.

I wonder if it's because I haven't used my dream journal for a month. Maybe, but I am sleeping much better for some reason.

      Please Help.

The only thing i can suggest is get up in the middle of the night and write the dreams down. Hope this helps but you probably already know this.

this is extremly hard... for me atleast

train urself to think "What did i dream of last night?"

      right when you wake up.

dont move, and keep ur eyes closed and think.

or wake up in the middle of the night using a alarm clock.

oh yeah find my technique ttb (thoughts before bed) if done correclty you make your own dreams, thus not needing to remember them

      Thanks all.

I should be ok now. Last night I thought was funny though. Before bed, I said I would wake up sometime during the night to remember my dreams, and I did. I woke up very early, to the sound of my alarm which wasn't set. I thought I might be dreaming, but it was far too real, and I looked at my clock several times, noticing no change in the time.

But it helped, the alarm might have been the end of a previous dream I think.
