sure. My tip of the day: before going to sleep reassure yourself you're gonna remember your dreams when you wake up.
Also try to wake up before the alarm so you have some relaxing time to recall.

Pawnstalker had some good advice, do what he said. Also, start a dream journal. IF you have paper and pen next to you when you wake up, you can wirte down whatever small detials you recall. Once you start writing, you might find that more of the dream will come to you. Also, if your mind knows that it will be writing down your dreams, it will make it a point to recall them.

Good job, NintendoFan! Yeah, alarm clocks can be a huge killer.

I find a good way is to drink a lot of water before bed, and tell myself as I go to sleep that I will wake up at a cetain time. also,m regularise your sleep schedule. Set your alarm clock for half an hour after you want to wake, as a sort of fall-backl option incase you don;t wake up on your own. But otherwise, try to wake up without the aid of an alarm clock, as slowly and dozily as you can. Do so, and you'll find dreams linger more in your mind and you recall more and more.
