Setting up alarms every 30 minutes

Hi all,

I've been trying to draw my dreams in cartoon, but I got lazy, and

also I wouldn't know where to put it :roll:

anyway, so I've been setting up my alarm in a 30 minute interval

and every time the alarm went off I would try to do the hand-thru thing.

but without luck I kinda got tired of poking my hand every 30 minutes,

so I started trying to fire a bolt of thunder from my hands.

finally yesterday in mydream, well, I fired bolts of thunders.

but I didn't get lucid. Then I had a false awakening, and tried the

firing thing again, and it didn't work. So I thought I was awake,

:P

So it didn't work. So now when the alarm rings, instead of doing anything

I just decided to question myself "am I dreaming?" and pay attention to

my surroundings. I'll tell you how that goes later.

oh, by the way, does anyone know anything that can help falling asleep? I have insomnia.

Holy Crap!! it worked!! paying attention to my surrounding thing!

About alarm interval, i reccomend REM times:

4 1/2 hours into sleep, then 90 minute intervals.
