If you wake up, remember, and then ignore it and go through the day, you will forget fast through out the day. I tryed this thing the other day and it worked great. All it is is a sign. If you don't have time or mental energy (your brain sucks in the morning), then move objects around, If you had a dream that you downloaded a virus, place your comb teetering on the side of the sink. It says "Be cautious". Doing signs you will recognise alows you to forget the dream, and have it jarred in your memory for later.

This is for those who don't want a Journal, like me. It sucks as far as noticing your dream signs, but hey, for the recall, period, it works.
